The Prymahl Orion A30 R Disc-braking Dynamo rims benefit from trickle-down ground-breaking technologies that are surprisingly affordable. The WEL weld signifies a top-of-the-range alloy rim, as our 6066 T6-treated rim benefits from this technology preventing any water ingress as a tubeless rim. It also increases stiffness and strength. The double-butted 2/1.5 stainless steel spokes offer top performance and comfort and reliability.

Build and customise your wheelset
Our configurator gives you the possibility to define yourself the equipment and the decals of your wheels, at no extra cost.
It's very simple: change the decals, the cassette body and the tyres as you wish. With each change, the photo, the technical sheet, the weight and the price are automatically updated.

Orion A30 R Disc Dynamo
Welded alloy rim. A quality weld is the signature of a top of the range alloy rim offering performance and reliability. Another operation in the build process for a watertight rim in a tubeless mount adding stiffness and strength.
Dynamo front hub
We decided to equip our Orion A30 R disc rims with one of the best dynamos on the market to increase the range of possibilities.
We opted for stainless steel aero on the pro series as stainless steel is more responsive, comfortable and reliable than the overly stiff alloy.
The high precision bearings have been assembled in a controlled environment to cut the torque required to move off and avoid any unnecessary friction.
Hand-built in our own factory in the north of France to our exacting standards
We attach particular importance to know-how. For us the only way to ensure the perfect assembly of our Orion A30 R Disc rims with front hub dynamo was to do it ourselves in our own factory in the north of France.
To that end, we hired technicians with tensionmeters at the end of their fingers to obtain the perfect spoke tension.
Spoke lacing is a crucial stage and when done properly it represents a considerable advantage to rim performance.
