Build and customise your wheelset
Our configurator gives you the possibility to define yourself the equipment and the decals of your wheels, at no extra cost.
It's very simple: change the decals, the cassette body and the tyres as you wish. With each change, the photo, the technical sheet, the weight and the price are automatically updated.

We designed Prymahl wheels to be in perfect harmony with your expectations. We apply the principle of Dynamic Response. We no longer speak of stiffness but of response, the wheel accompanies the cyclist and must transfer their power to the back wheel.
The Orion C50 R rims successfully combine what some people thought were impossible: response, low rolling resistance and ease of steering.

EPS moulded rims
A counter-mould is used to smooth the entire inner rim face so that the inside surface is just as perfect as the outside, no unnecessary residue, no excess thickness to reduce performance and lateral rim compliance. To us at Origine it is this invisible process, when fitted to a top-quality frame, that makes our Orion C50 R disc rims unbeatable.
CNC-machined hubs
We have coupled the rims with CNC machined hubs that we have designed with flanges for the best value for money. We have equipped our hubs with a cassette body with a minimum engagement angle to favour response.
As for the spokes, we have chosen double butted 2/1.5 stainless steel for the R-series. Stainless steel is more responsive, comfortable and reliable than stiff alloy spokes.
And finally, we decided to use only high-precision bearings fitted in a controlled environment to reduce to a minimum the amount of torque required to begin cycling and to prevent friction.
Hand-built in our own factory in the north of France to our exacting standards
We attach particular importance to know-how. For us the only way to ensure the perfect assembly of our Orion C50 R Disc rims was to do it ourselves in our own factory in the north of France.
To that end, we hired technicians with tensionmeters at the end of their fingers to obtain the perfect spoke tension.
Spoke lacing is a crucial stage and when done properly it represents a considerable advantage to rim performance.
