De nieuwe, lichte C35 R Evo wielen sturen direct en tillen daarmee de allround inzetbaarheid van je fiets naar een nog hoger niveau.
De C35 R Evo wielen zijn high performance racewielen met een carbon velg van 35 mm hoogte en een binnenbreedte van 21 mm. Je stelt de wielen naar wens samen en de velgen zijn compatibel met banden van 25 tot 32 mm.
Deze wielset met medium hoge velgen vindt de perfecte balans tussen een laag gewicht, veel comfort en een hoge betrouwbaarheid. De lagers rollen soepel, de dubbel butted spaken zorgen voor extra comfort.
Net zoals alle Prymahl wielen worden ook de C35 R Evo wielen met de hand gebouwd in onze fabriek in Frankrijk.

Onze configurator biedt u de mogelijkheid om zelf de uitrusting en de looks van uw wielen te bepalen, zonder meerkost vergeleken met een wielset die in serie is gebouwd.

Orion C35 R Disc Evo
We have specifically designed our Prymahl wheelset to be in perfect harmony with cyclists' expectations. We have integrated our Dynamic Response concept. Stiffness is no longer the byword in frame and wheel design but responsiveness as the wheels must track the cyclist in their movement and efficiently transfer the power the cyclist is putting down through the pedals.
Our Prymahl Orion C35 R Disc Evo rims combine responsiveness, predictability, low rolling resistance and ease of use.
The results of months of research led us to develop a new fibre moulding technique called UML® (Unique Matrix Layup). The carbon sheets are assembled on the rim in one go around a single matrix. There are no junction points, no residues, no unnecessary layup, pure defect-free carbon fibre.
This new version of our internal mould enables us to obtain uniform fibre compaction under pressure over the entire rim.
CNC-machined hubs
We have used flanges on our CNC-machined hubs for excellent value for money and performnce. All our hubs are equipped with a cassette body with a minimum pick-up angle for optimal response.
As for the spokes, we have chosen double butted 2/1.5 stainless steel spokes for the R series of rims. Stainless steel is more responsive, comfortable, and predictable than stiff alloy spokes.
We also decided to use exclusively extreme precision bearings fitted (to the hubs) in environmentally controlled labs so as to reduce torque and friction-free performance.

We are extremely attached to the principle of know-how. For fitting, we have discovered that the only way to obtain perfect quality is to manually fit our hubs in our own factory.
All our rim technicians receive a thorough in-house training and especially in the use of tension meters. Spoke lacing requires a special skill for top performance wheelsets that respond to our clients' expectations
