Where (and how) to maintain your Origine bike

Origine offers you a wide choice of maintenance and repair options for your bike.

With several options now available, you are free to choose the service that best suits you and your pocket, such as Origine-approved bike mechanics, some of whom will even come to your home, alternatively nothing to stop you using your usual LBS (Local Bike Shop); you can also drop your bike off at our factory and we'll repair it for you (following quote), or why not maintain and fettle your bike yourself using our Origine tutorials.

Warranty

- What are our warranty terms?

At Origine, we believe that an exceptional bike deserves an exceptional warranty.
Therefore, each model comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on the components.

The warranty is managed directly in our factory by our teams. Your point of contact is an expert who will be able to give you an answer or an explanation, decide to send you a component or plan repairs or other work for your bike.

You have 14 days following the reception of your order to change your mind and withdraw.
Send us your request by e-mail or registered letter with signed receipt addressed to our head office, providing your contact details and invoice number.

Returned products must be new, complete and in their original packaging.
This guarantee does not apply to specially designed products, i.e., those not found on our website.
Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more details on the terms of this clause.

If having a bike that fits your image is important to many cyclists, it is also vital that the bike also fits you and that you are well positioned on it. Yet many people neglect this point and irrespective if a novice or a seasoned racer the position on the bike is the guarantee of your comfort and your performance.

When finalising the configuration of an Origine bike, there are several options when choosing the position on your bike.

1- You know what you want:
Choose the frame size, stem length, handlebar width, cockpit height, crank length, and a saddle of the appropriate width. We leave the choice to you.

2- Use our Size Calculator
With just a few, easily determined measurements, it defines the exact dimensions of each component for a bike that will fit you perfectly.

3- You need some help from our advisors
Validate your order by clicking on "Choose sizes later", one of our technical advisers will call you back within 48 hours.

4- You have a recent bike fit or wish to replicate the settings of your current bike
Select the option "Choose the sizes later" and send us the measurements by email; we will build your bike according to them.

Whatever your choice, one of our technical advisors will systematically call all customers to check measurements before we start production of your bike.

RIGHT SIZE GUARANTEE
All our bikes come with a 1-month CORRECT SIZE GUARANTEE.
If you are not completely satisfied with your position after your initial rides, we will, free of charge, change the bike’s component sizes within one month of delivery of your bike.

Women's bikes

At Origine, our policy has never been, and never will be, to produce scaled-down men's bikes for women.
Our guarantee to produce a bike that is perfectly adapted to your size applies equally to women as it does to men. In choosing from 6 different frame sizes, 8 different stem lengths, 3 different crank lengths, a choice of 2 saddle layback options, and more than 10 different stack heights, we can create the perfect combination that corresponds perfectly to your body shape.
And this is possible across the whole range. At Origine, women have just as many choices as men.

How do we ship your Origine bike to you?

Origine bikes are shipped fully assembled and adjusted, you just need to fit the front wheel, the bar (MTB only) and adjust the saddle height.

How to configure your bike

Fully configure your bike to your image and adapt it to your riding style, expectations, budget and body shape and size.

Firstly, start by choosing the model of bike that interests you and add the components that you want including everything from the make and model of drivetrain, the tyres, the frame colour and the saddle type.

With each component choice the visual, technical data sheet, bike weight and total price are automatically updated.
Let your personality and expectations speak for themselves, you can't go wrong as our configurator will not allow you to select components that are not compatible with each other.

I want a colour or decor that are not found in the configurator

Colour:
We believe that a bike that reflects you should do so completely and using our Colors On Demand® custom app you can find the colour scheme THAT YOU WANT.

When finalising your order, simply indicate in the "Comments" box a RAL colour chart number or the reference of any car manufacturer's colour scheme.

Good to know:
- We are not equipped to produce chrome or glitter tints, and unfortunately it is not technically possible to create a computer-generated of the bike with a custom colour scheme.

- The boundary between two colour areas cannot be changed as this requires time-consuming adjustments that cannot be made for a single bike.

Decor:
- For technical reasons, it is not possible to select other decors than those found on our configurator. It is not possible to customise the colour, change the position, add or remove them, or mix them with those of other models than the one initially selected.

Shipping time for a bike (in weeks) : 4/6
Shipping time for a frameset (in weeks) : 4

If you have chosen a component with a longer delivery time, you will be delivered within one or two weeks from that date.

These lead times are given as an indication only and only come into play once your order, including all the component size choices, has been confirmed and full payment made.
Lead times are subject to production issues and our own suppliers' lead times.
Unfortunately, our technical advisors are unable to reliably inform you of the status of your order prior to the indicated delivery date.

Payment and financing

Use either a bank card or bank transfer to pay for your Origine bike.
If French resident you can also pay by cheque in up to 3 interest-free instalments.

It's very simple, each time you change the drivetrain, wheelset and components, as per your liking, the photo, technical data sheet, bike weight and price are automatically updated. Graxx GTR

The Graxx carbon gravel bike is the epitome of performance, comfort, ease of use and durability. The Graxx in its GTR version is built for speed and performance, while retaining the comfort that characterises Origine bikes.

UML (Unique Matrix Layup)

The results of months of research led us to develop a fibre moulding technique called UML for Unique Matrix Layup. The carbon sheets are assembled on the front triangle in a single operation around a single matrix. There are no joints, no excess resin, no unnecessary overlapping, just pure, flawless carbon fibre.

This new version of our internal mould allows the fibres to be compressed uniformly over the entire front triangle using pneumatic pressure.

CCT+® technology

The CCT+® (Continuous Carbon Tubing®) rear triangle further enhances these features. The chain stays and seat stays on the Graxx are connected by a single continuous carbon tube, with no hard points between the bottom bracket shell and the seat clamp. Vibration from an imperfect ride surface is spread over the entire length of this continuous tube (bases + stays) for better filtration.

Internal cable routing

Other than the visual aspect, integration offers a number of significant advantages, especially for bikepackers.
The cables and outers do not restrict steering. It took months to develop this method of integration on our Fraxion, and so why not on our new GRAXX.
It’s because of this method of integration that the steering is even more fluid than non-integration.

Compatible with both 650B and 700C wheelsets

Compatible with either 650B or 700C wheelsets, the Graxx is designed to take tyres up to 47mm.

The frame allows for maximum 700x45 and 650x47 tyre sizes for more versatility. You can give your bike as many personalities as you like, whether it's that unbeatable trail racer or the sharp blade for smooth asphalt, you choose the specifications and ride the bike that reflects your personality.

Je vous ai acheté ce vélo que j'ai reçu début avril. Que dire, un super vélo, à l'aise sur tous les terrains (une bombe sur les sentiers). Il a déjà fait plusieurs cols des Pyrénées et j'ai suivi sans problème des potes ayant de supers vélos de route, du Gravel, etc... Quelques sorties bikepacking, le top du top !!! À acheter les yeux fermés !!!

Proprio du Graxx GTR depuis 1 an maintenant avec lequel j'ai parcouru plus de 15000kms, je n'ai jamais fait de piste avec je m'en sers en vélo taff et des challenges longues distances. Un fauteuil comparativement à mon specialized sl7, polyvalence absolue, perso je suis en mono plateau pour gagner quelques grammes et en fonction de mes objectifs je change le plateau. Je l'emmène sur l'ultra en Corse de 2025 en espérant qu'il ne me montre pas ces défauts a cette occasion. Jusqu'à présent top, de l'entretien normal bonne machine que je conseille. Je roule a La Réunion terrain montagneux

Graxx III GTO - Shimano R7100 12v - Prymahl Orion A30R

Très content de ce Graxx 3 équipé en 105 avec deux paires de roues. Quel plaisir en tout chemins (voir en dehors) ça m'a vraiment surpris. Et sur la route une maniabilité et une légèreté appréciable. Testé sur 300km "à vide", j'attends avec impatience cet été pour le charger avec des sacoches bien pleines. Un vélo trois en un, parfait !!!

Première aventure bikepacking en autonomie : retour d'Arcachon soit 750km de prévu en 3. 1er jour: 250km jusqu'à Vire sur Lot avec la traversée depuis Arcachon de forêts landaises avec de belles pistes cyclables, descente au nord de la Garonne pour rejoindre la vallée du Lot. Au passage, une belle rencontre avec le boulanger de Gironde sur Drot, une vraie personnalité pleine de bienveillance. Les étapes suivantes furent la suite de cette belle vallée du Lot, les causses du Quercy , Figeac, le Puy Mary...

La plus belle balade de l'année fut sans aucun doute le challenge Tourmagne, en juin, dans des conditions difficiles. Une belle traversée de la France par les chemins qui laisse de beaux souvenirs. Avec un vélo assez extraordinaire de fiabilité , d'équilibre,meme dans des passages montagneux. Il ne m'a pas laché et pourtant il en a vu! a faire pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas. Bonnes balades pour l'année prochaine

Cela fait 3 mois que nous partageons la route avec mon Graxx et... superbes sensations! Le vélo est confortable et la conduite est fluide, pur plaisir ! Il est équipé en Shimano GRX 820, des roues VEGA A30 avec moyeu dynamo et lumières. J'ai passé beaucoup de temps sur le configurateur et je remercie Origine pour les conseils apportés par rapport à ma pratique. Je suis très satisfait aussi de la couleur (or blanc) mais je ne le dis pas trop fort ;-)

Graxx III GTO - Shimano Grx 820 12v - Fulcrum Rapid Red 500

Très heureux avec mon Origine Graxx GTO... déjà un millier de km de chemins parcourus et le rythme va s'accélérer avec l'arrivée des beaux jours. C'est mon premier gravel et mon premier cadre carbone... l'impression de rebondir chaque fois qu'on accélère, la position mains hautes très confortable, comportement très agréable et efficace sur route. C'est le vélo polyvalent dont j'avais besoin... Après, sur terrain très accidenté, il faut être prudent car avec le cintre type Gravel, le vélo n'est pas aussi maniable qu'avec le cintre Flat bar.

GRAXX II - SRAM XPLR eTAP FORCE mono - MAVIC ALLROAD SL

Mon 2ème gravel après une année avec un Felt d'occasion, mon GARXX2 a été disponible plus vite qu'annoncé, je suis allé le chercher à l'usine afin de vivre au mieux l'expérience "ORIGINE"...Ce gravel est fantastique, 1500kms déjà au compteur, je l'utilise en vélotaf en semaine et en gravel le dimanche. c'est efficace , réactif et fluide , un vrai régal...

Gravel Graxx - Shimano GRX600 1x11v - Prymahl Vega A30 Prio

Que dire, le plaisir au cintre de ce vélo en valait largement l'attente. 3500 km parcourus en un an, dont 2000km équipé de sacoches à avant et arrière pour un petit tour de France magnifique !! Seul point négatif les sacoches, 2 ont cassées, mais le SAV à parfaitement gérer ce désagrément. Finalement le plus difficile est de résister à l'achat d'un autre vélo Origine pour étendre le plaisir de rouler à toutes les disciplines...
